For those that have had issues laoding certain websites, I have also had this issue. I downloaded the latest beta version of the wifi_tether_v3_1-beta11.apk. In the settings, I disabled Routing fix. When a web page doesn’t load, while tethered, I go to the wifi settings, Change LAN, and select another LAN Network IP Address. After the IP renews on the laptop, the webpage that wouldn’t load does. Not sure why, nor do I care, but thought I would share this with the rest of the folks to see if it works for them as well.

I have a samsung fatasncie, and it would appear it has the same bug; I’m on Verizon too. Anyway when I go to the Market, it indicates that my phone is compatible with the app. I am just wondering whether anyone else has run this app with my particular phone. I just tried to get a GPS signal when in Airplane mode and could not, but if I turn off Airplane mode lock the signal then turn back on Airplane mode it stays locked . So the bug must be related to the search phase of the GPS, not after you have a lock. Just an observation, but it looks like it will also work for a Samsung Fascinate

0I agree.. they are coming out with pnheos by the week! They need to make pnheos that are good. And have no lag or freeze. And longer battery life rather than coming out with similar pnheos with the same problems. And not make them to BIG. These are pnheos. I say 4.65 inches like the google nexus is too big.they need to stick to 4the inch 3.5 inch and maybe 4.3 inches at the largest,

-1Since I don’t see LTE coming to my area any time soon, I’m not upset with the abcnese of LTE in the Droid 3, but it’s just kinda ridiculous for it to be released so quickly.I personally feel like releasing too many Droids of the OG Droid lineage sullies the name. I mean they should have pushed back the Droid 3 release and made it LTE with 1 GB of RAM, I mean hell the July release date was before the traditional November date.

Great site and instructions! Worked just fine on my Razr Maxx. 1 item thguoh, using the razrx rom my wifi wouldn’t connect! I restored the stock rooted rom and it connects fine. So not sure if you’ve had that same experience. Also, any other roms that you’ve come across?1 issue that I’ve had (and this is before I rooted my razr maxx) I did a factory restore and after that was done my bluetooth a2dp is not acting normal. Using 2 different pairs of bluetooth headphones I get a tin-can sound. I unchecked phone audio and that didn’t fix it. I have to change the eq on the headphones everytime I want to listed to media. Sucks. I’ve read others have had the same issue. One of the pairs of headphones are actually motorola s10 s so it’s not just non-motorola headphones. Just interested to see if anyone else has had this experiance. I was hoping that the razrx rom would fix that but it didn’t so after that didn’t work and the wifi issue I just went back to the stock rooted rom. Also successfully unrooted the phone and then rerooted just to make sure that I was able to. Great job! Interested in other custom roms thguoh so let us know! and any other info you have on the bluetooth question is appreciated, but i don’t have my fingers crossed. I actually had the original razr in december and remember the same thing happened after a factory reset. Motorola themselves had no idea what the issue is and recommended i go and exchange it. Great help there.
